HAIR DESIGNER at GOLSON
GOLSON Requirements:
- NVQ Hairdressing Level 2 qualified
- At least 2 years salon experience in cutting, colouring and styling
- Excellent client service skills and ability to work well within a small team
- Passion for hair, latest trends and techniques
Job Role:
- To carry out all trained Hairdressing services to the required standards ensuring the specific treatment time is adhered to, and give professional advice to clients, promoting available treatments and hair care & styling range face to face and over the telephone
- To be competent with the computerised booking system to allow you to book customer appointments
- To attend any appropriate training courses required and keep up to date with developments relating to the products ranges and any new treatments and services available
- To maximise appointments by managing column efficiently, meeting individual targets, ensuring your client rebooking figures are in line with company standards.

SENIOR DESIGNER at GOLSON
GOLSON Requirements:
- NVQ Hairdressing Level 3 qualified
- At least 5 years salon experience in cutting, colouring and styling
- Excellent client service skills and organisational skills
- Ability to delegate, and develop junior members of the team
- Passion for hair, latest trends and techniques
Job Role
- To carry out all trained Hairdressing services to the required standards ensuring the specific treatment time is adhered to, and give professional advice to clients, promoting available treatments and hair care & styling range face to face and over the telephone
- To be competent with the computerised booking system to allow you to book customer appointments
- To attend any appropriate training courses required and keep up to date with developments relating to the products ranges and any new treatments and services available
- To maximise appointments by managing column efficiently, meeting individual targets, ensuring your client rebooking figures are in line with company standards.
- Ability to motivate team and assist in target achievement and development.
- To deputise for Salon Director when necessary.

APPRENTICE at GOLSON
GOLSON Requirements:
- A passion for hairdressing, latest trends and techniques
- A desire to deliver excellent customer service skills
- Ability to work within a small team
- Willingness to attend day release college and other training courses
Job Role
- To work within a professional hair salon, alongside trained stylists
- To assist and support stylists in delivery hairdressing services
- To attend any appropriate training courses
- To greet and look after clients
- To operate computerised booking system and carry out reception duties
- To maintain salon cleanliness and housekeeping duties
